SUMMARY:Route 66 Drive
DESCRIPTION:Road Trip!  An awesome driving adventure on one of America’s most famous highways!  THIS EVENT IS FULL.  REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.  However\, Lake Havasu and Kingman area members are welcome to join for dinner on Wednesday evening. A limited number of seats are available. Contact Jeff Boehm at jeffandbj@gmail.com or Lorraine Friedman at friedmanlorrainem@gmail.com \n  \nDetails\n\nWednesday\, April 26th:\n\nVerde Valley/Sedona members meet at 7:00 am for a 7:15 am departure from Starbucks at 1885 W. State Route 89a in Sedona.  (Just North of Natural Grocers off Kallof Place).\nFlagstaff members meet at 8:00 am for an 8:15 am departure from Swift Travel Center at 3099 W Shamrell Blvd. in Flagstaff.  We will connect with the Verde Valley/Sedona participants then meet with others from Prescott etc. in Ash Fork as described below.\nAll other members can meet in Ash Fork at 9:00 am or join us enroute.  In Ash Fork we will meet at the Ranch House Café at 83 W Park Ave.  It’s on the north-west corner of I-40 and US 89 exit.  Going west on I40\, take Exit 146.  Proceed on to Lewis Ave.\, then left on 1st\, then left on Park.  There are Mobil and Shell service stations.  Meet the group at Ranch House Cafe’.  We will depart from Ranch House Cafe’ at approximately 9:15 am.\nFrom Ash Fork\, the drive route will take us to on old Route 66 and on through Seligman\, Peach Springs and Hackberry before stopping for lunch in Kingman at Dambar’s Steakhouse on Andy Devine Avenue.\nAfter lunch\, the tour will visit Oatman. From there we will continue on through Topock on our way to Lake Havasu City for an overnight stay.\n6:00  Dinner in Lake Havasu City at Angelina’s Italian Restaurant.  1530 El Camino Drive (off  London Bridge Rd.)
