• On Thursday May 14th we will depart the Maverick Gas Station at 1341 Prescott Country Club Blvd. off Highway 69 in Dewey.  Driver’s meeting at 10:00 am and departure at 10:15 am.  Please arrive no later than 9:50 am for the driver’s meeting and signing of waivers so we can depart on time.
• There will be a stop at the Burger King in Camp Verde (365 N. Goswick Way) at 10:45 am for Verde Valley and other members to join the drive.  Driver’s meeting is at 11:00 am We will depart Burger King by 11:15.
• The group will proceed to the Crosswinds Airport at 800 W. Airport Road in Payson for lunch with an arrival time estimated to be around Noon.

• Please be on time for driver’s meetings and to sign waivers
• Order off Regular Menu with payment for lunch by individual check.
• There is no fee for this event; however, participants will be responsible for their own entrance fees at other facilities beyond the Crosswinds Restaurant their meal expenses.
• This is event is limited to 24 attendees.
