Details

• On Tuesday May 27th we will depart the Maverick Gas Station at 1341 Prescott Country Club Blvd. off Highway 69 in Dewey at 9:45 am. Please arrive no later than 9:30 am for the driver’s meeting and signing of waivers so we can depart on time.
• There will be a stop at the Burger King in Camp Verde (365 N. Goswick Way) at 10:15 am for Verde Valley and other members to join the drive.  We will depart Burger King at 10:45.
• The group will proceed to the Crosswinds Airport at 800 W. Airport Road in Payson for lunch with an arrival time estimated to be around Noon.

• Please be on time for driver’s meetings and to sign waivers
• Order off Regular Menu with payment for lunch by individual check.
• There is no fee for this event; however, participants will be responsible for their own entrance fees at other facilities beyond the Crosswinds Restaurant their meal expenses.
• Please register no later than May 22nd so we have an accurate headcount for lunch.
